Users

There are three kinds of users that can benefit from the environment’s features:

• members of a learning community (who will use the front-end features to access the didactic resources and to interact with the other community members)
• on-line or blendend training activity managers (who will use the the environment’s back-end to set up the structure of the community or on-line course units/lessons, the front-end to interact with the community/course participants)
• didactic/educational resource developers (who will use the back-end features of the environment to load and edit their own materials/units/lessons)

Microcosmi is designed to operate on internet connection, and its interface is accessible via a common internet browser, the only requirement is to have a personal e-mail address and, obviously, access to a networked PC.
